20 New Countries, CSV Exports, Update Dates, On-Demand Updates, and Exclusive Training

For our second April update, we've added Apple Podcasts' 20 new countries, made it easier for you to take your reviews other places, and made it clear to see when your podcast was updated!

20 new Apple Podcasts countries

On April 21, 2020, Apple announced support for 20 more countries:

  • Africa: Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Libya, Morocco, Rwanda, and Zambia
  • Asia-Pacific: Maldives and Myanmar.
  • Europe: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Serbia
  • Middle East: Afghanistan and Iraq
  • Oceania: Nauru, Tonga, and Vanuatu

We immediately deployed support for these 20 new countries, bringing My Podcast Reviews to now support 175 countries, saving you even more time as you know, engage, and grow your podcast audience through the power of podcast reviews!

CSV exports

You can now download a copy of all your reviews, or a selection of them, to use in any app that supports comma-separated values (CSV), such as Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, Microsoft Excel, and more!

The CSV file will contain all your reviews. But you can also use our built-in filtering to export only a selection of your reviews (such as only your 5-star Apple Podcasts reviews from the United States)!

See when your podcast reviews were updated

We've made it more convenient for you to see how recently your podcast was checked for new reviews, as well as when it will be checked next!

This will make it more clear why you're not yet seeing new reviews left today when your podcast isn't scheduled to update for another few days.

Updates on demand, for a limited time

During the COVID-19 pandemic, you might be stuck at home and feeling disconnected from your audience.

But we want to help you stay engaged and eager to podcast! So through May 2020, we'll update your podcast reviews whenever you ask, up to once per day, even if your plan limits your podcast to only weekly updates!

To request an update, please use our live chat system in the lower-right corner of the screen and give us the URL of your podcast from your account. Then, we'll issue an update ASAP! (You may also request an update through our contact page, but the live chat will get to us faster.)
